Design Consultant
Our Design Consultants have enormous passion for what they do. They create. They design. They turn the chaos of each client's home into an organized work of art. Whether it is a closet, home office, garage, entertainment center, pantry or library, a Closet Factory Design Consultant takes the time to measure each item and create space to accommodate it. They work tirelessly on creating the perfect design. Once that is done they find the perfect color. Add some moulding. Select the perfect accents. Together with the client they choose the perfect look that will blend with the décor of the client's home.

We offer a complete training program and the best technical support in the industry. There are full and part-time positions, pre-set appointments and flexible hours. We also provide continuing, on-going training to keep you up to date with the latest in design innovation and advances in the industry.

Customer Service Coordinator
Our Customer Service Coordinators work at the center of the business - at the heart of the activity. They are responsible for coordinating the schedules of the Designers, Clients, Installers and Factory personnel. Each Service Coordinator has a variety of tasks, and because of this, needs to be organized and able to multi-task. The office is a fast-paced, constantly changing environment that is strongly focused on the full satisfaction of our clients. No two days are the same. If you enjoy speaking with people on the telephone, are energetic and upbeat, this may be the place for you.

Installer
The position of Installer is extremely important. They make the dreams of each client a reality. After the Design Consultant designs the project and the production department manufactures the units, the Installer carefully transports the units to the client's home. The Installer then builds a unit that is not only going to give the client organization, but will be considered a work of art. We want individuals who not only have pride in their work and a desire to excel, but who also possess an eye for detail and love to create. We have a full training program that allows each individual to master the skills necessary to install everything from the simplest closet to the most intricate entertainment center.

Production/Woodworker
Each location has its own custom job shop, and we cut one job at a time. We need individuals that love to work with wood and want to be a part of producing a high quality product that will be in homes for years to come. Most of our projects are made in the 32mm system and range from simple closet systems to ultra-custom cabinetry with custom finishes. Although each job is individually manufactured, our state-of-the-art factories enable us to produce our systems in an efficient manner that saves our clients both time and money.
