Closet Factory Cleveland has been assisting clients in the eleven counties of Northeast Ohio since 1994. A co-owner since 1998, Bob’s 25-year career with Standard Oil and BP Oil in the U.S. and in Southeast Asia provides him with a rich background in operations, marketing, strategic planning and project development. For Bob, the primary goal of Closet Factory Cleveland is to satisfy their clients, with the commitment of the entire team.

Cindy has been designing closets and other organizational systems for over a decade but has been organizing her whole life! Looking for a career that would allow her to spend more time with her family, she joined Closet Factory as a Design Consultant after many years working in the corporate world. From a design perspective, Cindy favors clean lines and simple designs with a few modern touches. In addition to designing for her own clients, Cindy is the Sales Manager and oversees training, motivating and retaining an outstanding design team.

Anna’s career with Closet Factory started with the Austin / San Antonio location and when she returned home to Northeast Ohio, she came to work at Closet Factory Cleveland. Her background in sales and management includes experience in fashion merchandising, home furnishings, designing custom store fixtures, lighting plans and storage spaces. Anna’s goal is to make the entire process enjoyable. While she finds herself drawn to the clean lines of modern design, many of her favorite projects have been more traditional. With certifications in all areas of design, Anna has the experience and the vision to make any idea come to life.

Beth is such a Closet Factory fan, that she was a client for 16 years before officially joining the design team. Having been on both sides of the design process, Beth really understands how it is to literally be in the customer’s shoes. Before joining Closet Factory, Beth wore many creative hats in a varied and interesting career. In addition to years of interior design experience, she designed and created a custom greeting card and invitation business, painted custom designs on furniture and was commissioned to create artwork for a national dinnerware company. Her favorite quote is by Benjamin Franklin, “A place for everything, everything in its place.”
