Brittini de Rossi Design Consultant Brittini de Rossi Design Consultant I’ve been designing for 2 years, however I’ve been with Closet Factory for 4 years total, as my first 2 years were in the office. I love designing because I get to marry art and function and help my clients build the spaces of their dreams. I love getting to see clients’ beautiful homes and their décor and, I really enjoy problem solving and making the most of every space. My favorite space to design is a big primary closet (that is mostly for the lady of the house) when she really wants to go all out. I like to help pick out finishes/hardware/accessories. Also, I enjoy entertainment centers because they are a lovely focal point in a home. I love to be a part of beautifying the home. Remember that no closet is too small. Don’t think that we can’t help you because you don’t have a giant space. It’s the small closets that need us the most. I believe everyone can benefit from our storage solutions and I truly appreciate my clients who take time out of their day to let me help them help themselves.

Lisa Scott Design Consultant Lisa Scott Design Consultant Lisa joins Closet Factory as a seasoned professional in design – both custom home building and the fashion industry. She founded her own apparel company in the 1980’s where she custom designed woman’s fashion. She then spent 20+ years in the Dallas luxury home building market. She moved to Williamsburg in 2023 to begin a new challenge in storage solutions. She looks forward to applying her wealth of experience in all aspects of design to assisting with your unique desires.
Alyson Strickland Design Consultant Alyson Strickland Design Consultant As a designer for 2 ½ years this gives me the opportunity to put my organizing skills and talent for design together to solve a problem for my clients. My favorite spaces to design are home offices and primary Bedrooms closets, as these spaces are where a client spends a lot of time daily. I enjoy creating a space that functions the way that clients need it, but also brings them joy. You should really think about how you live every day, what could you use that will make your life easier? You should be open to different possibilities. I truly love seeing the before and after of projects and thoroughly enjoy watching how happy the client is after they have a beautiful new space which truly helps and changes their daily lives.
