Bill Weldon President and Owner Bill Weldon President and Owner As the Owner of Closet Factory, Bill is intimately involved in the day-to-day operation of the company, from overseeing the production facilities, to problem resolution for the installation crews, to helping the design staff and service coordinator, to helping with the advertising and marketing strategies. Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Point and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University. He comes at all situations from an operational efficiency and effectiveness perspective: something he honed through many years as an Armor Cavalry Officer and Corporate leader. He takes personal pride and ownership in every aspect of what Closet Factory delivers. Providing the utmost in customer satisfaction is Top Priority to Bill and the Team!
Laura Weldon VP Marketing and Owner Laura Weldon VP Marketing and Owner As Owner of Closet Factory, Laura is involved in all day-to-day operations of the company with a focus on HR, office operations, and marketing. As VP of Sales and Marketing, she brings a wealth of experience to driving the advertising, demographic reach, lead generation, and overall image of the Company. Laura was born and raised in Louisville and attended University of Louisville Nursing School before a 30-year career in that field. All three of Laura’s children were also born in Louisville. Her rooted background and deep ties to the area have been instrumental to our advertising strategy and ensuring the Closet Factory is well represented in the top local publications as well as significant broadening of our web and social media presence. She takes personal pride and ownership in every aspect of what Closet Factory delivers. Providing the utmost in customer satisfaction is Top Priority to Laura and the Team!
Kyle Weldon Designer Kyle Weldon Designer Kyle is an accomplished closet designer rooted in the heart of Kentucky. Armed with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Management from West Point, Kyle seamlessly blends engineering precision with a flair for design. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to client satisfaction, Kyle excels in transforming spaces into organized havens. His project management skills ensure a seamless process from concept to completion, turning dreams of an organized living space into reality. Whether tackling compact spaces or expansive walk-in closets, Kyle brings a unique perspective to each project. His dedication to excellence shines through in the creation of personalized and efficient storage solutions, reflecting a passion for both form and function. Doug Daum Designer
Doug Daum Designer Doug comes at design from a problem-solving perspective—an approach he learned as a student of engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Formerly a designer for Miller’s Fancy Bath and Kitchens and Atteberry-Smith (both Louisville-based, high-end kitchen and bath design firms), Doug’s worked in sales and management for Proctor & Gamble and Nissan, and been a manufacturer’s representative for six custom cabinet firms. Doug is a designer who thinks logically, capitalizes on opportunities, enjoys utilizing new and interesting materials, and successfully resolves even the most unconventional design challenges. Sherry Maraman Designer Sherry Maraman Designer Sherry is a certified Interior Design professional with decades of experience and multiple design certifications. As a leading designer with corporate clients such as LG&E, Republic Bank and KFC-PepsiCo, she has created exceptional corporate workspaces including fitness centers, executive board rooms and conference centers. She has also worked to establish legal interior design certification in the state of Kentucky to promote the professionalism of her industry. Sherry brings a vast array of experience to the Closet Factory team. With a particular passion for space utilization and personal organization, she is excited to use her skills to create one-of-a-kind, custom solutions for her clients. Whatever your personal home storage challenge, she has the expertise and experience to solve it!
