For example, you can add a drop or two of oil to a washcloth and dump it in the dryer with your clothes, which will garnish them with a light pleasant smell. Another way is to mix a few drops of oil with water, similar to the vodka method, and to spray it onto clothing that needs a refresh.

Potpourri

Finally, keeping some potpourri in the corners of your closets is an effective solution for odors. For extra effect, wrap the potpourri in some tissue paper and group the wrappings in a basket to keep your closet smelling nice for months.
