Closet Factory, a national leader in custom closets and storage solutions, received 42 Houzz awards for its “Best of Design” and “Best of Customer Service” awards for 2018, announced Dan Grandon, President of Closet Factory Franchise Corporation. According to Grandon, the annual Houzz award winners are chosen based on an annual survey and analysis of more than 40 million monthly Houzz users. While Closet Factory has hundreds of professional designers, the company is especially known for its high quality customer service.

Design award winners are recognized because their designs are most popular among the more than 40 million monthly users on Houzz. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2017. Each award recipient will receive a “Best of Houzz 2018” badge on their individual and company profiles. The Best of Houzz 2018 badges help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals in nearly every metro area of the country.
According to Paris Bernhardt, Vice President of Closet Factory’s Digital Marketing Department, the home storage industry is one of the fastest growing segments of the home improvement universe, and is expected to grow to more than $10.5 billion by 2019. A large part of this growth is due in-part to the explosion of digital marketing.

Grandon explained that in addition to individual awards received by designers, many Closet Factory offices received multiple awards for both design and customer service.
“For example, our Ft. Lauderdale office had four winners as did our Denver office, while our Richmond, VA location had a designer that won both service and design recognition for four straight years. We are incredibly proud of all our Closet Factory professionals, but particularly impressed with the total number of awards the Closet Factory network received as a group,” said Grandon.
