“What an amazing transformation with a (1961) Master bedroom with no walk-ins, but two linen closets! Having seen some of Closet Factory product at a recent Parade of Homes in the Black Forest, we immediately set up a meeting with a designer and scheduled the install. We initially had some design errors during the install, so we had to take a few steps back and redesign the project. Surprisingly, we discovered that the CEO wanted to ensure everything went according to plan and actually came down to personally redesign the project from the ground up… Thank you, Mark! We now have two huge custom built-in wardrobes (hanging, shelving and TEN full extension drawers!) We are so happy with install, we are seriously planning on rehabbing our pantry and a few more reach-in closets! “Leslie did an amazing job with our new office! We had quite the challenge for her given that the room was on the smaller side and had an uneven ceiling. Our goal was to maximize the space with as much storage as possible and Leslie came up with the perfect design! “I’m a firm believer that redoing a closet can be one of the most functional upgrades you can make to a house. We had previously redone a walk-in closet in our condo in LA, and we had a good experience. We knew that we wanted to do it again, and Melanie at Closet Factory ensured that we’d have a good experience again. We redid an outdated closet in our master bedroom to maximize space and storage. For us, we cared less about the aesthetics and more about squeaking out as much space as possible. Melanie did a great job of understanding exactly what we were looking for and providing solutions that made sense. In just under an hour, we already had a design ready to go. Melanie provided me with a price, and we did a little bit of tinkering to make the price work for us. She’s super nice and makes the experience a lot of fun. With a medium-sized walk-in with lots of basic shelving, we paid around $1,500 total. Because of my work schedule, it was tough to be home while the guys were installing my closet. I felt totally comfortable putting a lockbox on the door, and I came home to find my closet completely done and installed. When I realized that we were missing a shelf, Melanie was quick to respond and we got that missing piece put in within days. No stress, no problems at all. Like most closet places, it’s important to know that they don’t paint or refinish walls. They’ll take out your old closet rods and things, but you’ll likely need to do some repainting and sanding yourself to clean up the walls. It’s easy stuff, but worth noting. If you’ve been looking at redoing an old closet and have some money to spend, give Melanie a call. You’ll wish you did it sooner.”

“Master closet is a terrific success. I just had a shoe tower installed 24 x 94 x 12 and love it along with two-tiered hanging and one very long hanging area. Great success. Closet Factory requests a clean room, when they arrive to install all the parts are ready to be assembled. The installers are clean, organized, quiet and efficient. When they depart they ask that their work is reviewed and signed off. They leave no residue behind…the space is ready to fill! Very well done, pretty close to perfection. When planning the space they are prepared to give suggestions and they encourage the client to participate fully in the planning. Two things I didn’t think I wanted and was given the option to make the decision during the installation were a belt holder and valet rod. I took both and am very glad; I do use both. The valet rods come in a brass and a nickel finish. Office book shelves and cabinets turned out just right too. They fill the exact need for our collection of professional and personal resources as well as office supplies. I couldn’t find the hardware I liked for the cabinet doors at the factory and t was allowed to order my own to my satisfaction. Once the space planning is complete, all one has to do is wait for the installation that is scheduled for the most part within a few weeks I suspect some of the order to install time depends on the time of year and whether they are in a less demanding time v. a high volume time. This is the fourth time I have had ‘built-ins’ in my closet and this is, without a doubt, the most efficient use of the space I have ever enjoyed. I think some of it was due to my awareness and what I’ve learned through three previous creations; clearly, Closet Factory has done a great deal of research to get it just right. I’m delighted with the work and quality of the product.”
