Precautions Taken Against COVID-19 Outbreak

Dear Valued Client:

There is no higher priority at Closet Factory than the safety and well being of our clients and employees.
We are closely monitoring the ongoing Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, and following the guidelines and recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We want to share with you some of the actions we are taking to help protect our clients and employees:

• Employees that have flu-like symptoms have been asked to stay at home and consult with a medical professional
• All associates have been instructed to follow the public health authority’s guidance regarding hygiene such as washing hands frequently
• We have enhanced our cleaning methods at the end of every product installation
• Displays in our showrooms and design studios are wiped down with disinfectant regularly

As an additional precaution we have asked all of our Closet Factory team members to refrain from shaking hands; please accept our salutations, perhaps a bow or head nod, as a sign of respect and consideration for your safety.
