My approach is to listen to what each client wants and do whatever it takes to translate their vision into my design. Each client is unique, and I love seeing their dream closet or office when it is installed.

My favorite part of being a Closet Factory designer is the relationships I have with my clients. I spend a lot of time with each person to understand their needs, supplying them with a fabulous and functional design and seeing how much they love the final installation. I pride myself in taking elements from a person’s décor and incorporating it into each design so it is unique and different just like my clients.

Being able to collaborate with my clients to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind closet and then seeing the smile on their faces when our vision is brought to life is why I love what I do. My background as a personal organizer has really helped me bring the power of organization into my closet designs to maximize spatial efficiency.

Most closets are not square boxes…I am your ‘think outside the box’ problem-solving designer that will make the process as easy and fun as possible for you. I am a degreed engineer with a passion for making things, particularly cabinetry. The fun is turning raw materials into finished projects with beauty, style and function.

Designs can be difficult, but there is no challenge that we won’t take on! Living in an old city, we see a lot of sloped ceilings and tight spaces. We can transform those!

After a few years as a cardiac nurse, I transferred my time management skills and bedside manner into becoming a design specialist for organizing with a flare of style. I love helping people create a space they love and look forward to being in.

I studied interior design in college and have been in the home improvement industry in Orange County for the past 20 years. I enjoy seeing my clients’ faces light up at the completion of our projects.

I joined the Closet Factory design team after having been a longtime client myself! Now I love giving my own clients the carefully planned design and the detail and functionality of our Closet Factory products so that they, too, can enjoy a simply organized home.

Years before coming to work for us as a designer, Tasha Miller was a happy Closet Factory customer. Tasha had tasked Closet Factory with transforming her inefficient pantry/ mudroom/ laundry area into usable space. The result was an uber-organized, multi-functional space that Tasha calls her ‘favorite room in the whole house!’ Now that she’s a member of the Closet Factory design team, Tasha enjoys putting her talents to use helping others achieve their organizational goals.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been organizing. As a child, it was the furniture in my room. As a nurse in the ICU, it was my patients and their care.

For the past 14 years as a Closet Factory owner and designer, I’ve helped organize my clients’ lives. With a strong design, any space can be turned into an environment of peace and efficiency.

By uniting form and function into a single concept, each client’s personality and style becomes tangible!

Working with clients is the #1 thing I love to do! I very much enjoy discovering what is important to them and collaborating to create the perfect storage solution. It is so satisfying to design something that is attractive and incorporates what is most important to them to solve their storage problems.

My educational and work experience includes design and sales in the hotel arena. Creating unique solutions to utilize every bit of space that’s available is both personally rewarding and fun.

My husband calls me MacGyver. I love to problem solve around the house with my do it yourself projects using not so traditional materials!

I’ve been a professional Interior Designer for more than four decades. My passion is to create peace in interior space through intuitive problem-solving and aesthetically sound design. Excellent organization is an essential component in the design equation. Consequently, I have planned and specified hundreds of storage solutions for my client’s homes & offices and worked with numerous custom storage, millwork, and cabinet manufacturers.

Without exception, my experience with Closet Factory has been the most consistent and the most exceptional. My clients have raved about the outstanding selection and quality of materials offered, the “on-time and within budget” mentality of the staff, the prompt, courteous and professional installation teams and, most importantly, the outstanding customer service before, during and after installation. Over and over I watched friends and relatives taken on tours to see the amazing results.

I love working with people and helping them discover their wants and needs and then to bring reality to their own desires. The greatest joy for me is seeing the reactions of clients when their new closet, entertainment center, hunting closet, etc is installed. They are thrilled to see what was an empty space or a cluttered mess become an organized delight.

I have built three homes for myself and rebuilt five older homes. Each time I was very particular about the storage space and its design. Architects tend to forget about storage, however that space is extremely important and will improve the marketability of your home. It is exciting helping clients organize their life and also improving the value of their home at the same time using an outstanding product.

A great day for me is spent designing spaces on my computer. Getting rid of clutter and organizing has always been important to me!

I began designing for Closet Factory back in 2004 and enjoy working towards the important balance of creating storage systems that are both beautiful and functional.

Originally from Oklahoma City, I left the tornadoes behind and came to Phoenix in 1995 and have spent over 20 years in corporate sales and designing collateral materials for marketing management roles.

I do my best to “think outside the box” and get creative so that together, my clients and I can form the perfect design for them. And since I love what I do, it makes my job both enjoyable and rewarding!

I am a professional organizer with 16 years of design experience. I started my organizing business in 2014 in an effort to help people who struggle with organization. I enjoy helping my clients fall in love with their home again while helping them recoup the time, money, and peace that is lost to disorganization.

I’m excited to work with Closet Factory to provide my clients with the best designs that meet their organizational needs with a product that meets the highest standards of quality.

A little fun fact about me is that I won an award for “The Most Organized Student” in fifth grade. I love all things related to design and organization but my most favorite things in life are friends and family.

I have been a designer for the last thirty years and after all this time I still love what I do! I have always enjoyed art and design. I majored in interior design at Syracuse University and upon graduation, I worked in a popular furniture store that sold readymade and custom furniture.

A friend of mine from a class I had been enrolled in at Parson’s School of Design offered to help me fix my closet. I calculated how many inches of short, long and mid length hanging I had as well as the number of shoes. In my 6 feet by 3 ½ feet deep closet, I created a triple hang, short hanging over mid length, and double-hanging section with a shoe shelf section on the side. Out of the most basic material, my friend executed my design and I increased my space. Who would have ever thought I’d still be doing that for other people and make a living at it this many years later!

Being able to enter people’s homes and provide them with beautiful, functional designs has been extremely rewarding work for me. Meeting new people every day, coming into my office and feeling the excitement of a lively environment, being able to go to new homes and communities, as well as being able to work from home has been and still is perfect for my personality.

The icing on the cake is seeing how happy my clients are once they see the outcome of projects I help bring to life!

I started with Closet Factory in August of 2011. My background consisted of Architecture and fashion, designing closets and custom built in’s came very natural to me. (I went for making the clothes to hanging them.)

Transforming a space and having it be a life-changing experience for my clients is so rewarding. I love that every day I have a new space to design which enables me to have a fresh outlook with every project.

My name is Jacinta Walker and I am Design Consultant with Closet Factory Hampton Roads. I am a professional individual who desires to exceed expectations, and I am always ready to take on challenges.

My experience as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserves honed my ability to be detail oriented and to keep cool when working under pressure. I’m also hardworking and patient with the ability to work well and communicate well with others. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Hampton University and have a background in Home Staging and Interior Redesign. I currently reside in Virginia Beach and love to spend my spare time watching HGTV, going to the movies, lounging at the beach or hanging out with my kids.

My goal as a consultant is to help create “islands of order in the midst of chaos” and to ultimately improve my client’s quality of life.

Hi there! I’m Heather Krause, a designer here at the Closet Factory. I have been in the residential remodeling industry for 17 years now and doing Sales for 5 years.

I love meeting new clients and changing lives by helping them discover the look they want to achieve for their home as well as build equity for long term benefit.

My end goal is a happy client’s overall sense of well-being & value in their home.

When I started designing custom closets the year still began with a 19. After almost two decades, and hundreds of closets, I still enjoy helping people get control of their “stuff.”

I’ve always looked at each project as a puzzle that needed to be solved. Whether it’s a small reach-in done in white melamine, or a full blown walk-in that would make a Hollywood starlet jealous, the process is the same… put everything away, make it look good, and stay on budget.

My kids have always joked that I like this job, because it allows me to inflict my OCD onto everyone else.

When people ask me how long I’ve been designing, I tell them, “my whole life”. As a child, I would create furnishing for my dolls out of the scraps of fabric form my dad’s custom tailor shop in New Jersey.

As a Florida licensed designer, I’ve been blessed to design everything from custom luxury homes, model homes, churches, hotels, offices and Ronald McDonald Houses.

I joined the Closet Factory team in 2015 and love watching designs come to life and seeing the overjoyed, satisfied look in my clients’ eyes. I truly enjoy working for Closet Factory because we are able to do so much more than just closets, we build a truly quality product and offer so many options.

I am passionate about design and put my heart into finding just the right solution for each of my clients and their treasures. My goal is always to exceed client expectations, striving to remain within budget so that they can feel confident in recommending me to their friends and family.

Starting my journey at the Closet Factory immediately after college, I planned on pursuing my career in my major field of business. Within my first few years in administration, I not only fell in love with the staff and my supportive management, but the business model and infrastructure of Closet Factory as a whole. I saw value in the product and loved that we can customize any style, plan and budget that allows us to cater to all needs of any client that walks through our doors.

As part of my “growth plan,” I quickly segued into the design field. I was hesitant in the beginning because of my lack of formal education within the design program. This, however, deemed to be no obstacle because of the Academy and training Closet Factory provided. I worked exceptionally hard just to “fit in” and found myself ahead of the class in doing so. This path I have taken, along with my “out of the box” thinking has lead me to find a voice with projects of challenging ingenuity and sleek, modern design. I am constantly inspired by modern architecture and technology.

I came to Closet Factory in 2008… and haven’t looked back! I love creating beautiful spaces that help people organize their belongings. My name is Cassie Griffin. I am passionate about making lives easier with organization. I believe designing areas of your home not only needs to function daily, but should be beautiful and personalized. Working with the amazing team/family at Closet Factory Cleveland, I am surrounded by creative minds with decades of experience who work together to make each project an exciting experience for my clients.  They have been with my professional family since 2012, and they continue to impress me with innovation in the design industry.

I have a background in retail management where my skills of merchandising and space planning have been recognized. This experience led me to obtain my interior design and business degree in 2010. I am proud to be able to mesh both careers to effectively solve organizational dilemmas in your home or retail environment. A wardrobe is a large, personal investment. I am here to customize a space, deserving of something we see first thing in the morning and right before we go to bed, without chaos.

Whether the design is simply spectacular as converting a room into a closet, or a spectacularly simple wall closet, each area will be beautiful and properly organized.

I’m fortunate to have a very strong design team working with me, but I still enjoy designing closets and other organizational solutions for our wonderful and varied customers.
My background as an artist and designer allows me to bring a strong aesthetic sense to more complex and demanding projects, and to work well with interior designers and their clients.

Contemporary design brings its own challenges as it often pushes the boundaries of what’s safely do-able with traditional closet manufacturing and installation processes. My close involvement in that side of the business allows me to take a critical look at a project and make sure it’s realistic before we get too far down a design path, and to come up with creative solutions to design problems.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the whole process involved in modern home building and am never happier than when I can don my work boots and delve into a good construction site—as a result, I’m involved with both our local and State Homebuilder’s Associations at a board level, helping to develop and promote quality homebuilding throughout the State of Utah.

When I’m not working at Closet Factory, I can usually be found in the barn, caring for and riding my beloved horses.

I came to Closet Factory, as a designer, in 2008 after working for other storage solution companies. I have a background in Psychology and Environmental Design. Everyone within the Closet Factory Corporation is consistently working in the best interests of each client.

As a native of South Florida, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me a connection with many of our multicultural clientele. I have a bachelors in Interior Design, bringing over 25 years of design experience in both corporate and residential interiors to my closet factory clients.

I am SueAnn Ochenas and I have loved my job at Closet Factory since 2003. I have found one simple common thing among my clients: you can’t like a space that doesn’t work for you! Most of the time, you can’t even stand it! That is why my primary Closet Factory Design Consultation goal is to listen to my clients’ storage needs, combine it with my 10+ years of custom storage design experience to give you the best possible organized closet or space. Then, I love to accentuate your look with any design style, from clean lines and a contemporary look, to transitional and traditional elements. I consider my own personal style to be Transitional, combining elements from Modern and Traditional styles into a comfortable mix for my own home.

I have worked for my Closet Factory family for so long because not only do I love our products and what we can do for our clients, but my career has fit every facet of my life. Especially now, with two beautiful daughters, I love that my schedule is flexible to be involved at school.

After graduating from Mercyhurst University with a degree in Interior Design, I hoped to find a job that would be both fulfilling and exciting – and I definitely found that in Closet Factory!

Before I designed for Closet Factory, I was actually a client! I have been on both sides of the design table and loved everything about it. I have a unique perspective that enables me to help clients transform their ideas and dreams into reality.

I have a degree in Art and Design, and that combination has enabled me to wear many hats. I have designed and created custom greeting cards and invitations, custom painted furniture, and I was commissioned to create artwork for a national dinnerware company, as well as years of interior design experience.

Good design cannot begin without a well thought out plan. I truly enjoy the process of spatial planning, design, implementation, and adding that individual style to each project. It’s going that extra step to create a very custom and special space for each of my clients. I want each client to collaborate with me on their project, because in the end, it is all about them.

I am passionate about creating new innovative spaces for my clients and love to see how it changes the way they live. We are a product of our environment…why not make it functional, affordable, and beautiful!

I have been with Closet Factory Cleveland since 2006, and spent five years before that as a designer with another Closet Factory in Texas. There aren’t many design challenges I haven’t encountered in that time. My previous experience included creating retail store floor plans and designing store fixtures and custom checkout counters. That experience, combined with my membership in the “clothes horse club,” made the prospect of a career in closet design seem to be a perfect fit!

A lot of things have changed since my early days in the industry, but the thrill of creating a storage solution that will make every day better for my client never goes away. Whether it’s a classic melamine closet or a custom finished wood library, my goal with every client is to exceed their expectations and make their Closet Factory experience the best home improvement project they will ever undertake. I take the time to listen and understand the needs of every person I work with, and look forward to developing a relationship that will make me their designer for life.

I am an animal lover and frequently foster for a local dog rescue, so don’t be surprised, or offended, if I introduce myself to the family pets first!

I have been designing closets and other organizational systems as a formal career since 2005, but have been organizing my friends’ and family’s spaces my whole life!

I joined Closet Factory as a Design Consultant in 2008, after many years in the corporate world. With two children under the age of 3, I was looking for an opportunity that would allow me plenty of quality family time, while fulfilling my need for a meaningful career.

I have an Associate degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business, but have been in sales and sales management since I was 19. The kids are a bit older now, and my part-time gig has transformed into a very satisfying, full-time career. In addition to designing for my own clients, I am the Sales Manager of the Cleveland office, overseeing recruiting, training, and motivating an outstanding design team.

From a design perspective, I prefer clean lines and classic designs with a few modern touches. My favorite part of design is seeing my client’s reaction to their new space, and knowing I have changed the way they are going to live their life!

Having designed over 1,200 custom storage solutions in more than 12 years with Closet Factory, I’m a multi-million dollar designer ready to take a look at your problem space. From master closets to cat townhouses, I’ve created residential and commercial design solutions for almost any type of space and I’m so thankful for my loyal base of repeat clients. I love my career because of the integrity of the people with whom I work. And as your designer and project manager, I’m here to deliver to my clients exactly what was promised.

My awards include ‘Designer of the Year’ and ‘Best of Houzz 2016 Customer Service’. I also enjoy healthy food, hot yoga, gardening, camping, hiking, and spending time with my husband and our blended family.

I have been with Closet Factory for over 7 years and truly LOVE what I do. My official title is Business Development Specialist; however, I am also an Advanced Designer. I have a hand in several aspects of the business; I’ve done everything from answering the phones and purchasing to designing and project management. This has enabled me to fully understand what projects go through from start to finish, and even after completion. I remain very active in the industry as a member of the Home Builders Association, a steering committee member of the Professional Women in Building Council, and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers. I have always been fascinated with interior design and everything that goes into creating a room or space of your dreams, no matter how big or small. I love to go the extra mile with my clients and really help design the entire room; whether that means helping them select paint colors or making suggestions on furniture placement, I am always thrilled when asked my opinion.

As a Senior Designer at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale, I have been highlighted on top design sites including Houzz, Angie’s List, Zillow, and Home Advisor. I’ve earned a spot among the top Designers in the industry by being included on Houzz.com’s “National Recommended List”, Houzz’s “National List of Influential Designers”, and awarded “BEST OF HOUZZ” for 2016. I’ve been published in the Home Improvement Section of FuzziDay Online Magazine. I also provide “pro-bono” advisory services on Houzz.com for homeowners seeking professional guidance for their projects.

Developing solutions for challenging spaces is my strong suit. I’ve been invited to design garages containing multi-million dollar car collections requiring the coordination of a very large space with multiple colors, styles, structural features, functional requirements and of course client demands. Some favorite projects also include very private Master Closet features, as well as designing a display case for a career military member essentially containing the story of his life. My strong sense of organization, style and function is coupled with mastery of 3-D design software to provide my clients with a seasoned and efficient professional design experience. I enjoy the process of solving design issues so much that if my clients didn’t pay me to do it for them, I’d probably pay them to let me do it for them anyway!

As a Design Consultant for Closet Factory, I bring 12 years of interior decorating experience. Having previously owned an interior decorating franchise, I found what I enjoyed most, and what I do best is space planning. Therefore, being a Closet Factory Design Consultant is a natural fit for me. I love being able to help my clients visualize an improved space. Every client and space is different, so every project is like a new puzzle to me. I believe there is a better solution to even the most difficult and challenging spaces.

I get excited when I can make my clients’ routine activities go more smoothly. Whether it’s getting ready for a hectic day at the office, getting small children out the door for school, dressing for a hot date, or gearing up for a 50 mile bike ride. Nothing better than NOT having to stress about finding the right and left shoe at the same time or knowing exactly where that bike jersey is that you were wanting to wear.

I am a mom, a wife, a sister, an athlete, and a career woman, and I understand the needs of those who wear many hats with a full life. That describes most all of us. I get great pleasure from turning dysfunctional spaces into dressing room masterpieces. I love people and feel I can learn a little from everyone so I really listen to the needs of my clients and create something beautiful, functional within their personal budgetary desires that suits their personality and style.

As a designer for Closet Factory, I bring 10 years of interior decorating experience. After several family moves, and having to remodel and stage my own homes to sell for top dollar, my real estate agent suggested I enter the field of interior decorating, as my unique talent for design was obvious. I earned a Certificate of Interior Styling from guest host of HGTV’s “Decorating Cents” Julea Joseph. Taking cues from Colorado’s natural beauty, I enjoy incorporating simple yet functional elements into my designs.

When clients call they are looking for an experienced and confident designer, but also a partner to help solve their problems – and that is what I love to do!

I’ve had Closet Factory closets in three of my own homes, so I understand and appreciate the value of using every inch of space in a closet, or a pantry, garage, or a mudroom! Like many homes in Urban San Diego, storage can be a real problem. Our new ‘Empty Nest’ is a great example of maximizing the space that you have!

I’ve always had a flair for design and this career gives me the wonderful opportunity to combine helping people with designing beautiful areas in their homes! And when I am not working, I can usually be found on the dance floor!

Working for Closet Factory is a dream come true. I love that I can organize someone’s space while at the same time make a custom design come to life. But truly the best part is the gratitude and appreciation I receive from my clients!

I knew I wanted to be a designer at a very young age. When I was seven years old my parents hired a design team to redo our homes existing decor. After a few days I was amazed by the total transformation created. I was hooked! In 1981 I graduated from design school and have been designing ever since. My passion has always been organization and making a space not only beautiful but more functional. I have always had the gift to be able to look at a space and know exactly what it needs to give it a WOW factor and make it the best it can be.

I feel part of the reason I am so successful is my HAVE NO FEAR attitude. Whether its zip lining, sky diving, riding in front on the craziest roller coaster or taking on a design challenge, I accomplish my goal with a smile on my face.

I have worked at Closet Factory since 2006, though my love for organization began much earlier. As a child growing up in a large family and small home, I would organize my mother’s pantry as my way to contribute to the functioning of the household. Finding myself in a healthcare marketing job early on, I left to pursue my passion for organization and design.

I take great pleasure in designing a space that is not only functional, but naturally fits in with my client’s aesthetic, though personally I love a space with mirrors and glass accents.
