Jack: We’re here with Phil Kean today, architect and builder of the New American Home 2012. Hi, Phil.

Phil Kean: Hey, Jack. How you doing?

Jack: Good.

Phil Kean: I’m standing in the closet of the New American Home. It’s a new design. It’s designed to sort of be an open closet to the master bathroom.

And we’ve got some nice things. We’ve built in drawers and such in this particular part.

I believe these are new, too: these glass doors. And so they’re pretty nice. It has shoe storage and such.

And one of the things that I think is pretty cool is we designed this sort of hidden room here in the closet so it has a full laundry up here.

And it’s an awesome, awesome company to work with.

And another fun little thing is these new things for belts and ties.

And thank you for coming through the New American Home.
